tab32, Irvine, Calif, has released customizable e-consent forms which can be filled and signed within the company’s cloud-based EHR software, Dental EHR.
According to the company, the forms can be customized to use any HTML5 input element. The e-consent forms can be used to document patient consent for exams, extractions, fillings, and orthodontic treatment, as well as financial transactions.
The feature will be available to all Dental PM platform users. A sample consent form will be made available to all users including free users.
