tab32-VoIP-Telephonetab32, Irvine, Calif, has released a new version of its VoIP Telephone system.

The new version allows users to receive calls simultaneously from multiple patients on the same practice number. In addition, it includes an option for after-hours call forwarding to any number. Patients can leave a voicemail for unanswered calls, and the front desk can listen to those messages within the Dental EHR.

Also included are features to track patient calls, missed calls, and callback requests.

The VoIP Telephone system is part of tab32’s HelloPatient patient communication and loyalty module within the company’s cloud-based Dental EHR platform.

The company also announced that HelloPatient’s Smart Caller-ID display feature has been updated to show additional patient information within the pop-up.
