Trapezio,Acworth, Ga, has launched the Academy of Treatment Coordinators, anonline course designed specifically for treatment coordinators. The10-course program covers the new patient process in the orthodonticoffice from start to finish. Program topics include the initial phonecall, details of the office tour, exam room protocols, and “closing thedeal.”
The course is a part of Trapezio’s Learning Management System (LMS). TheTrapezio LMS structures course content as building blocks and requiresan examination at the end of each lesson.
