Consistent with Ultradent’s corporate goal of finding a cure for caries, the club’s mission is to help pediatric patients and their dentists and orthodontists spring into action toward better oral health by placing more dental sealants.
Membership in the club offers patients the opportunity to win an Amazon.com® gift certificate* and gives them access to the club’s Web site, www.ultrasealclub.com.
Once patients have sealants placed, they receive a uniquely coded UltraSeal "hero" sticker, which provides access to the Web site. Patients and parents enter the code from the sticker to see if they’re a gift certificate winner. The Web site is also full of fun activities, games, and tips for maintaining great oral health.
