The AOA Academy, the only staff training program endorsed by the AAO, will hold a hands-on training workshop designed specifically for orthodontic assistants on Saturday and Sunday, October 20 and 21. The workshop will take place at the University of Washington in Seattle.
According to the AOA, the Clinical Efficiency Retreat allows new assistants to gain the confidence needed to work on patients, as well as provides a refresher course for experienced assistants. Participants will earn 12 CE credits.
