3Shape announced the release of its 3Shape Dental System 2021 software. Designed for labs, the AI supported software reportedly provides new and improved integrated workflows for services including clear aligners, splints, crowns, bridges, implants, and dentures.
The software’s AI technology helps perform many of the lab technician’s tasks like teeth segmentation and occlusal plain adjustment. The software includes optimized workflows fro removable partial and full dentures, and implant bridges.
3Shape Dental System 2021 also includes pre-installed integration with 3Shape Automate, which enables uploading, downloading, and making changes to 3Shape Automate designs.
According to the company, this software also induces sharper imaging with the “Enhance Detail” setting in E4 lab scanners.
