Vision USA, a Dentrex company, offers the Task-Vision Frensel Lens and Stand. Made of ophthalmic acrylic, the lens measures 10 x 12 inches, and its power is 2x or greater. The lens can be turned vertically or horizontally and is held in place by a coated clip that swivels 180º. The clip also has a fully adjustable neck and a weighted base. The lens can also be removed from the stand for reading.
