G&H Orthodontics, Franklin, Ind, now offers Red, White, & Blue Stars DesignerTies® elastomeric ligature ties in time for the 4th of July. The ties allow patients to make a fashion statement with their braces.
DesignerTies are similar in function to traditional elastomeric ligature ties, having a similar interaction with the bracket and the archwire, according to the company. They are designed to not interfere with traditional mechanics, and to add little to no friction.
DesignerTies are sold 200 ties per pack, with 20 sticks with 10 individual ties.
