KaVo Kerr, Charlotte, NC, announced the launch of KaVo Care, a service program designed to make handpiece repairs faster and easier. KaVo Care features an online portal, kavocare.com, where customers will find flat-fee pricing based on the device they wish to service. From there, customers can submit and track the status of their repair order.
According to a press release from the company, to expedite the process, KaVo has made investments to expand their repair facility in Charlotte, NC, so that most repairs will now be completed within 24 hours of arrival.
KaVo Care is comprised of certified KaVo specialists that only use original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts that meet the highest quality and regulatory standards.
