The American Association of Orthodontists announced that members can now text questions and receive updates via text message from the association.
Members can subscribe to any of the following lists to receive periodic text messages from the AAO: general news and updates—keyword “general”; conferences and events—keyword “events”; advocacy alerts—keyword “advocacy”; residents—keyword “resident”; marketing updates—keyword “marketing”; and orthodontic staff—keyword “staff.”
Members can subscribe by visiting the website or texting the association at 314-AAO-1116 with selected keywords listed above. One text message for each list opt-in is required. Standard charges may apply to text messages received from the AAO.
