Details will hold its second annual Order-Off at the AAO Annual Session, offering up to $10,000 in prizes for the winning staff member.

How fast can you order from 5 suppliers using the Details ordering platform? That will be the challenge at Details’ second annual Order-Off at the AAO Annual Session in Chicago. Starting Saturday morning, any staff member can compete at the Details booth (#2515), where they’ll use the company’s platform to submit (sample) orders to 5 suppliers.

The 2 fastest staff on Saturday will compete on-stage at the Ortho Awards Saturday afternoon. The winner will become the Ortho Awards Order-Off Champion, and will be fast-tracked to compete for a prize pack at the Details booth Sunday afternoon.

“We loved the idea of a live competition taking place at the first ever Ortho Awards.” said orthodontist and prominent speaker, Kyle Fagala, DDS, MDS. “The purpose of the Ortho Awards is to show appreciation to others in the industry, and this does that, by highlighting hard working staff as well as an innovative company like Details.”

Last year, the winning staff member ordered from 5 suppliers in just 26 seconds, winning a Tiffany Gift Set. This year, Details has increased the stakes, with prizes valued over $10,000, including a luxurious Tiffany Gift Set, a 1-year membership to Mari’s List, a 1-year subscription to the Details Ordering Platform, and supply prizes from Grin, Amtouch, G&H, Wild Smiles, and more.

“There’s nothing better than seeing orthodontic staff members sweetly encouraging each other one minute, and then calling for blood the next,” said Addison Wissel, Details director of strategic partnerships. “Seriously, last year it was really cool to see how excited the staff was, not just about the competition, but how much time our platform can save them.”

While staff can visit the Details booth to compete any time, signing up ahead of time is encouraged. More information and the sign-up form can be found here.

The First Annual Orthodontic Awards will be in Room W129C, on Saturday, April 22 from 4:00pm-4:45pm. Room W129C is located on the 1st floor of the McCormick Place, immediately down the escalator from the Exhibit Hall.
