Henry Schein Dental Helps Raise Funds for the California Dental Association Foundation

Henry Schein Dental, Melville, NY, continued its support of the California Dental Association (CDA) Foundation by participating in a fundraiser to benefit the organization. The CDA Foundation works with experts in the dental profession, private business, academic institutions, and government to produce programs that increase access to care, promote prevention, education, and intervention, and advance health policy research.

Attendees at the June 26 event in San Diego included Brian Brady, Henry Schein’s regional manager for San Diego and Hawaii, and Carol Summerhays, DDS, immediate past president of the CDA.

Over the years, Henry Schein Dental (through Henry Schein Cares, the company’s global social responsibility program) has provided more than $2 million in supplies to the CDA Foundation, which has benefited nearly 70 nonprofit organizations in California.
