Imagination @ Work LLC is a new company formed by Shelia Parenton to assist orthodontic practices in reaching their production goals through a strong and unique marketing program. Parenton has almost 13 years experience in the orthodontic industry, 9 of which came at Progressive Concepts Inc.
The service being offered by Imagination @ Work is not a one-time marketing consultation that leaves you with suggestions to implement on your own; this is a 1-year contract to have a marketing coach/facilitator work for you. Imagination @ Work will plan your projects, provide any necessary artwork, design and write your newsletter, rework all your correspondence, and design a new practice brochure for you if necessary. You will have a teleconference every 2 weeks to discuss progress with various marketing projects being implemented in your practice. Your staff commitment will average 3 to 4 hours per week or less. Within a year your referrals should increase 10% to 20%, according to the company.
