Submitpatientforms.com has launched its new Web site, which gives new or existing patients of an orthodontic practice a chance to register and fill out their Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act agreement, as well as medical, and dental forms, before they come into the office. The site also allows medical problems and conditions, allergies, the necessity for medication, and the verification of a patient’s insurance coverage to be identified before the patient arrives.
The site provides privacy and is free for patients. Dentists pay a low monthly fee.
