Smooth Cavex Impressional Alginate features tear-resistance and elasticity. Its fast moisture absorption ensures consistency and decreases mixing time. Its ultra-small particle size rivals the detail provided by silicone at 1/8 the cost.
Smooth Cavex Impressional Alginate is spearmint flavored. The blue color of the mix allows visibility. The alginate is dust-free, providing a reduced chance of inhalation. It is available in two setting speeds—fast set and normal set. Total procedure time including mixing is 2 1/2 minutes for fast set and 3 1/2 minutes for normal set.
