Great Lakes Orthodontics has updated its Oral Safe orthodontic appliance cleaner with a new name and a new look. Oral Safe, now called DentaSOAK, is designed to clean retainers, dentures, mouthguards, and appliances. According to the company, DentaSOAK kills more than 99% of infection-causing bacteria and microbes in 15 minutes. It is nontoxic, alcohol-free, and free of persulfates—a known allergen than can be toxic for some patients.
