DynaFlex Acquires OSA Device Maker

DynaFlex has acquired Whole You/Respire Medical, maker of devices to treat obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).

DynaFlex announced the acquisition of WholeYou/Respire Medical, a provider of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) devices for the past decade.

The acquisition represents an opportunity for the company to expand its product line and become one of the top OSA providers in the market, according to the company.

“WholeYou/Respire Medical has established itself as a quality leader in the OSA device market over the past 10 years,” said Darren Buddemeyer, chief executive officer of DynaFlex. “We are excited to integrate their innovative products into our product line and provide our customers with a broader selection of OSA devices.”

This acquisition will result in a seamless transition for customers, says DynaFlex. All business has been moved to the DynaFlex Lake St. Louis, Missouri, headquarters, where its team of OSA professionals will support customers throughout the transition.
