American Orthodontics has released BracePaste Band and Build LC—a fluoride releasing, light cure band cement. The product is part of the company’s BracePaste product family, which introduced BracePaste Color Change to the market in October.
According to the company, the blue color of BracePaste Band and Build LC allows for easy clean up and will not wear on opposing enamel when used as an occlusal build-up material. BracePaste Band and Build LC is reportedly optimal for bonding molar bands.
