Troy Richardson, who has worked at a number of the world’s leading software technology companies, has been brought on to support Carestream Dental’s commitment to digital dentistry.
Carestream Dental announced the appointment of Troy Richardson to its Board of Directors. Richardson has reportedly been brought on to support the company’s commitment to and investment in dental software leadership.
According to the company, Richardson’s work at a number of the world’s leading software technology companies—such as CSC, Oracle, SAP, HP and IBM—makes him an exciting addition to the company’s governance structure. Carestream Dental expects that he will be able to provide insights into the company’s role in digital dentistry.
“Mr. Richardson is an accomplished executive, with more than three decades of experience of sales and operational experience with some of the biggest software brands in the industry,” Lisa Ashby, CEO, Carestream Dental, said. “I am confident his insights will prove valuable to the future of Carestream Dental innovation.”
Richardson is currently the EVP/COO at PTC. He holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Eastern Illinois University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg School of Management.
