Young Innovations, Algonquin, Ill, has acquired The Orthodontic Store Inc (The Ortho Store), Gaithersburg, Md. Young Innovations is a manufacturer and distributor of dental supplies and equipment.
“We are excited to add The Ortho Store to our portfolio of high-growth, specialty-focused distribution businesses,” said Scott Leece, vice president and general manager of Young Specialty, the distribution division of Young Innovations. “The Ortho Store’s reputation for providing high quality products and customer service at reasonable prices aligns well with our platform, which also includes Plak Smacker, Panoramic, and Obtura Spartan.”
