The American Board of Orthodontics (ABO) has certified or recertified 74 examinees who took the Clinical Examination from June 11 to 15, 2012, in St. Louis.
During the exam session, 57 orthodontists successfully completed theGateway Certification Examination, thus maintaining their certification.In addition, 11 orthodontists completed the Initial CertificationExamination (ICE), and nine orthodontists banked cases for the eventualcompletion of the ICE.
Three orthodontists successfully completed the BeginningCertification Examination, while one orthodontist completed theVoluntary Recertification Examination and two orthodontists completedearlier pathways.
