Midmark Corp, Dayton, Ohio, recently introduced the QuickClean Ultrasonic Cleaner. According to the company, QuickClean washes instruments in preparation for sterilization in less than half the time required by traditional ultrasonic cleaners without sacrificing quality.
The QuickClean Ultrasonic Cleaner uses Frequency-Leap technology, which disperses water evenly across the tank, allowing instruments to be fully cleaned no matter their placement.
Three tabletop sizes and two recessed options are available.
According to Midmark, the QuickClean can be used right out of the box and includes a number of features designed to minimize required training and setup, including a digital LCD control panel that displays prompts; options for preset or customized settings; intelligent software that remembers the last cycle settings; and a fluid sensor that ensures the bath always has sufficient water levels.
