The Phantom™ 2.0 Clear Lingual Self-Ligating Bracket, from Gestenco, Gothenburg, Sweden, has been added to OraMetrix’s SureSmile library and the OnyxCeph3™ digital imaging software from Image Instruments.
The Phantom SL Bracket is transparent, so no dark shades from brackets are visible through teeth, and they work for both lower and upper teeth. The direct bonding with fixed-placement guide is designed for correct position on the tooth. Other features include larger arch wires for the final stage of treatment, optional ceramic tubes on premolars, and a protective polymer closing door designed for patient comfort.
