Great Smiles LLC recently launched its AlignerMeter app. According to the company, the app allows users to obtain a free and quick consultation from a board-certified orthodontist to determine if they are good candidates for invisible braces.
Once the app is downloaded to a smartphone, the user takes three pictures of their teeth, each at a different angle, and submits them through the app to a board-certified orthodontist who then evaluates the images. The evaluating orthodontist will determine whether or not the app user is a good candidate for invisible braces. The app provides users with referrals to orthodontists in their area.
The AlignerMeter app is available for free in both the iTunes App Store and Android Market.
